The Paw, super Orishan who spends his free time saving Orishans who need help.

He is beary brave, and beary strong. He can see with X-ray vision, and can fly.

There are rumors that the Paw also has a secret identity as an ordinary Orishan, living and working in Pawtropolis. However, we have no idea who the Paw is when he does not have super powers. We do know, however, that the Paw has a weakness --- he is vulnerable to Orishanite, a raw ore substance from the planet Orisha that counteracts his super powers, and can actually kill the Paw! We have some documentation that the Paw has suffered from amnesia when exposed to Orishanite, but fortunately, he has never been harmed seriously.

The supposed source of the Paw's super powers is his Orishan Command power ring, a gold ring that he wears on his utility belt. Since the Paw has a power ring, this gives us a clue that he may be an operative on Earth for the Orishan High Command, since only operatives in Command of an Orishan Hug have power rings. However, the Paw may have obtained the power ring from another Orishan, or come upon it through some other means.

The Paw's secret hideout --- The Paw Cave. We have learned that the Paw has a secret hideout near Pawtropolis that he calls the Paw Cave. It contains one huge computer with a vast array of knowledge stored in its massive data banks, and is also connected to the Orishan High Command's vast library of intergalactic knowledge. It also contains the Pawmobile, and a laboratory where the Paw and his assistants concoct various chemicals to use while he is fighting crime in Pawtropolis.

The Paw's secret to his super powers --- Not only is the Paw's power ring a part of what gives this Orishan his super powers, but most important is when he eats chocolate bars. He eats a human chocolate bar called a Nestles Crunch, and is rumored to have super powers for 20 minutes after consuming the chocolate. Unfortunately, the chocolate does not work the same way on other Orishans, with one exception, the Paw's sidekick, Mardi Gras.

Documented Paw sightings --- The Paw has been seen and been interviewed by The Daily Times of Pawtropolis. The reporter Scoop Schaumburg seems to have written the most about the Paw, which the photographer, Andy Adorable, has taken most of the photographs. The one story, "The Paw Saves the Planet" outlines how the Paw worked with humans to stop the alien grays from destroying the planet Earth. A copy of the story can be purchased in book form at your local Pawtropolis bookstore. We are not sure how much of the work is fact, and how much is embellished for the entertainment of the book's readers.
