The Frown Arch nemesis of the Paw. The Frown wants to see the Paw dead! The Frown does not care how or when, he just wants him dead! He has made several attempts on the Paw's life, but has failed to destroy the powerful Paw each time. Perhaps the Frown is being too nice to the Paw!

The Frown's hideout: Although not much about the Frown's secret identity is known, we do know he has a castle in Pawtropolis where he keeps his secret HQ. The Paw has been to the Frown's lair on several occassions, as have others, all of whom barely escaped with their lives!

The Frown's weapons of mass destruction: The Frown's arsenal of weapons includes many horrible devices, such as: An Arjogun sun cannon which uses the sun's rays to create a powerful laser ray of destruciton. The Casket of Sorrows containing the malevolent creature known as the Splotch. The Splotch is capable of devouring every living creature in its path and is indestructible. If someone attempts to harm the Splotch, like cutting off a piece with a sword, the piece will grow into another Splotch! Only magic can subdue the Splotch! We believe the Splotch is from Bengali, originally, and was brought to Earth by the Arjogun. Further details are classified.

The Frown's HQ also contains Computer Hacking Equipment capable of infiltrating all Better Bear Bureau computer files and other computer files on the Orishan Internet.

The Frown also has a vehicle known as the Frownmobile, which includes a horrible frowning face on the grill of the land vehicle. Origins of the Frown: We know he is an Orishan. He wears a mask, so his identity is secret, just like the Paw's real identity. We also know that the Frown is very short for an Orishan. Perhaps he has what humans call a "Napoleon complex."
